Kevin Schmiemann is the owner and CEO of JPS Brands, the holding company comprising JPS Electric, Co., Trius Electric, and Concept Electric. Kevin is poised to grow JPS Brands into the premier provider of comprehensive electrical solutions, continuously expanding its reach and innovating the industry. Kevin grew up in the shop from the time he could walk, learning the tricks of the trade and taking rides to customers' homes. As a teenager, he spent his summers working at JPS Electric, gaining hands-on experience that became the foundation of his career. After many years of official apprenticeship, learning the craft, expanding his knowledge, and perfecting his technique, Kevin joined the company full-time upon graduating high school, working alongside his dad, JPS Founder, James Schmiemann. Taking the reins in 2021, Kevin stepped into the role of owner and CEO. Under his leadership, JPS continues to thrive, combining longtime values with modern innovations. Kevin's approach and commitment to excellence have set new standards in Nassau and Suffolk Counties, ensuring the company remains a leader in the industry.

As Vice President of Trius Electric and CEO of Concept Electric, Pete drives excellence in the electrical industry. After spending his childhood in Cyprus, Pete returned to East Meadow, where he began a career in home improvement and construction. Transitioning to electrical service upgrades across the five boroughs, Pete's path changed when he met James Schmiemann, who hired him on the spot. From 2008 to 2019, Pete worked closely with James and Kevin on a variety of commercial, residential, and industrial projects, honing his skills and gaining invaluable experience. In 2015, he advanced to roles as an Electrical Estimator and Project Manager for a large union electrical construction firm. By 2019, Pete had achieved the status of Master Electrician and founded Concept Electric. His collaboration with the Schmiemann family eventually led to uniting Trius Electric, JPS, and Concept under one roof.

Carlos' journey with JPS Electric began in 2012 as an Electrician's Helper. His dedication and hard work quickly paid off, and he advanced to become an electrician known for his meticulous attention to detail. Carlos's genuine rapport with customers and passion for delivering top-notch service have earned him a stellar reputation. His ability to connect with clients and ensure their satisfaction makes him a standout leader in the field. As a Senior Project Manager & Field Supervisor, Carlos continues to drive excellence, guiding the team and upholding the highest standards of quality and customer care.

As the person who keeps the trains on the track at JPS, Kristina manages everything from accounts payable/receivable to overseeing daily operations and client interactions. Kristina started her career with JPS Electric in 2011 as an assistant fresh out of high school, quickly earning her spot as the team's linchpin. Her ability to wear many hats gracefully and efficiently makes her an indispensable part of the JPS family. Kristina's rise from assistant to Senior Operations & People Manager is a testament to her hard work and dedication, showcasing her critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of the company.
